Race Information
Take me out to the Spartan Race! We’re heading back to Fenway once again! Home of the Red Sox, Fenway will again play host to one of the most unique and fun Spartan Races in our yearly lineup. The legendary ballpark is both spectacular and intimate with breathtaking views and a chance to run in a beloved American landmark.
Race Details
Distance: 3 miles, fastest time should be around 40 minutes. Longest times will be close to 2 hours. This is a chip-timed event.
Start Times: Starting at 7am on Saturday waves of 250 athletes will be released every 15 minutes across 6 groups (Elite, Confirmed, Morning, Late Morning, Afternoon, Late Afternoon). YOUR exact start time in the group you registered for will be posted here a few days prior to event date.
Spectators: Spectators will be FREE for this event, but you MUST RSVP in order to reserve your seats. Click on the Register button above to reserve your seats now. A limited number of luxury suites will be on sale for group purchase during the Spartan Race.
Kids Race: Available. Heats starting at 10am. $25 online. $30 onsite (CASH ONLY).

Jr Varsity Spartan | 0.5 miles
Junior Varsity Spartan Start Times: Saturday – 10:30am, 12:30pm, and 2:30pm

Spartan Race is not only limited to adult fun! Bring the kids ages 4-13 who can participate in their very own Jr. Spartan race. They will enjoy the thrill of the run, a variety of scaled down obstacles and their own mini festival area filled with games and children’s challenges! Our mission is to inspire children to develop a love for fitness at an early age.
The course is about a 1/2 mile filled with junior obstacles for Jr. Varsity Spartans and 1 mile for Varsity Spartans. Each child will receive a T-shirt and Finisher’s Medal with 100% of the Jr. Spartan Adventure proceeds benefiting the Kids Fit Foundation. We now have 3 start times for each distance for the Spartan Kids Race! No excuses parents, now the entire family can race!
*Kids Registration and check-in closes at 2pm on Saturday so please be early. To register, click the REGISTER button on the top right of this page. **Each family will receive two free spectator passes at registration.

Want a front row seat to all the Spartan action? Spectator tickets are available online or you can purchase them onsite the day of – cash only. You’ll receive $5 Spartan bucks redeemable at the merchandise tent, entry to the rocking festival area, a festival grounds map, access to some of the obstacles on course, not to mention the epic Gladiator pit and finish line. Enjoy the music and watch your friends and loved ones slip and slide through the Spartan course in the relative safety and comfort of the Spartan Race festival grounds!
